"Who ever said that a mini-triathlon would be easy needs to be shot!!!
Or better yet make him run it!!! I can't think of anything better to do
on a nice Saturday than to run, stumble, trip continuously, hurdle over
snakes, inhale more bugs than I care to recall, think flying over the
handlebars is faster than just staying on the @*&# bike going down the
hill, and top it off by nearly drowning in Mark's pond.... But its for
charity and I'll be the first in line next year too!"

the next minute, and have their total loop time
recorded on this sheet by the official scorers, once
the athlete's feet have exited the water and stepped
onto the dock.
Additionally, beginning in 2009, athletes exiting the
water will be given a rubber TRI, TRI AGAIN bracelet
to wear for the remainder of the race, signifying how
many total loops the team or individual has
successfully completed. Athletes may keep one of
their bracelets as a reminder to register for next year's
TRI, TRI AGAIN, and return the rest to Mark for next
year's race, please. Teams of 2-3 may keep 2-3
bracelets, of course! Reusing bracelets year to year
helps to keep costs down, and charity profits higher.
