He replied that he enjoyed it, and simply ran his front tire into the trees each time, and rolled over them quite easily. With that, the kind and curious race director replied, "Be careful that you don't go over your handle bars, doing that!" Sure enough...Noah's next loop...over the handlebars he went. Nice cuts and scrapes on his face and body. Well done, you! BLOODIEST AWARD, FEMALE: (INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM) Kathryn Alexander of Mifflinburg, PA : Excuse: 14 year old Kathryn, signed up for the event as the mountain biker on a 3 girl team. Not being an avid mountain biker, her feet repeatedly slipped from her pedals on the challenging course. As we all know, repeated bangings from a pedal to the skin will eventually produce not only a sore shin, but a ripped open shin as well. That is what happened to young Kathryn, and that is why she was this year's winner for the bloodiest award! Well done, you!
